Resolved question:
I take the generic form of effexor Xr for anxiety and depression. Recently I have felt like my meds are not working anymore because my panic attacks are very bad. My doctor increased me from 150mg to 225mg once a day. Now I am shaking bad and my muscles twitch through out the day but main when I'm resting or going to bed at night. Is this normal?

These could be normal and can get aggravated with effexor xr. Anxiety can also increase this movements. If these are troublesome, then, clonazepam tablets may be useful. I hope this helps.
