What are the ways to check STDs ?

Resolved question:

Hi Doctor I came to kow that I was identified with a problem of cervical cancer and I went into sexual relation with a same person for three month which he doesn’t know as now we are no more committed. Now I feel like that I should let him know that I have this STDs because I think that the disease has distrub him also as we don’t have the protected sex. Is there any method to come to know that he actually has? Is it possible that if he has, then he can come out of it so in future no other girlgets infected? Is there any STDs present in him?

It is really unfotunate to know that you are affected with cervical cancer, as this is a disease caused by a virus called HPV which is attained sexually. If we talk about the viruses in medical term they are of varios types and the one which causes cervical cancer are type 16, 31, 35, 33, whereas the other type of viruses cause genital warts. According to me you should have informed him that you have been identified with cervical cancer so that he can get himself tested up for HPV, as we should know that cervical cancer takes time to get fully develop in the body. There are various method to know about the symptoms, as in women it is tested by pap smears but if we talk about men then it is through HPV DNA. Symptoms of STDs can be seen. Behind all this the important thing is that condoms cannot prevent it from the infection and the infection once entered cannot be removed fully from the body. So I would suggest you to tell him or ask him to go for a check up. Best wishes.
