Hello
Implantation bleed generally does not develop into a full flowing heavy red bleed.
It stays as spotting / light bleeding, and subsides within 2 - 3 days.
You could be experiencing an aberrant period, obesity contributes to this.
Please take a pregnancy test a week later, if this does not develop into a proper period.
IF the test is negative, and this kind of irregular bleeding / spotting persists, then you could go in for an internal evaluation by an OB - GYN, Pap smear, Pelvic ultrasound scan and hormonal tests - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin.
Take care
