I can appreciate the small red dots, which seem to be minor eruptions, can occur due to allergies.
Have you changed any soap or any other bodywash recently?
Also, just for ruling it out, any exposure to STDs recently? Sometimes herpes can present with such small bumps.

I haven't change anything recently.and as far as i know i havent been exposed to any STD's.and i dont think that i am allergic to anything or at least nothing that i know. In case if it is herpes should be other symptoms too?
Yes, herpes will present with such small bumps and almost invariably associated with a genital rash.
I will advise you to try a course of Tab. Claritin 10 mg once daily for 3 days and let me know if the bumps are getting reduced.

there is no rash at all.i will try the tablets and i hope is some allergy.can it be allergy from oral sex?
