I can understand your concern.

You seem to be having purpura. That happens when the blood from tiny capillaries has leaked into the skin. That could have happened when you were scratching. These purpurae take a while to resolve. You could have vitamin c supplements to aid in resolution. Also application of cortisone lotion once a day will be useful.

I would however like to know on which area of the body do you have the rash? Did it start with the same rash or did it happen after you started scratching?
