Chondrocalsinosis is a type of arthritis where calcium pyrophosphate crystals are deposited in the joints (in your case wrist).It may affect knees, wrists and hips. It may cause pain or may remain asymptomatic. If it is causing problems the condition can be treated by intra-articular steroid injections and magnesium supplementation.
