in the butt hole .. i feel discomfort
almost continous feeling .. but it get worsened every time i go to the toilt
maybe it gets better if i don't go to the tolit

With the information you have provided, the likely causes of discomfort in the anal opening while going to the toilet are anal fissure and a thrombosed hemorrhoid.
It can be confirmed only after a rectal examination.
Take high fiber diet and drink lot if fluids.
Do sitz bath 15 minutes twice a day. It is done by sitting in a tub of lukewarm water exposing the anal part to it.
