When I pee, pressure is lifting off my bladder and painful relief of bladder.

Resolved question:

Hi, A few months ago, I passed a very large painful stool and there was a bit of blood when I wiped. Ever since, I get constipated almost every time I defecate. I tried fiber and prune juice but that only helped a little, dairy seems to do a better job at loosening the stool. I had anal itching so i started to use a hemmorhoid ointment which helped with the itching. A few days ago though, when I went to the bathroom, I found more blood in the toilet and on the toilet paper, red in color. Now, I have pains in my lower abdomen that aren't unbearable, but enough that it feels like something is wrong. Also, when I go pee, I feel like pressure is lifting off of my bladder as if something was pushing on it, but it's kind of a painful relief off of my bladder (I'm not sure if it is my bladder that is pushed on). My stomach is also making lots of grumbling noises and I'm getting very worried. Please help

Hello,

Thank you for asking your query at DoctorSpring.

The two problems are completely unrelated. Initially you developed hemorrhoids due to constipation. There was bleeding due to hemorrhoids. You did take the rite measures to take care of it and taken the rite medications. But, what you have developed now is not anything related to hemorrhoids, its mass in lower abdomen basically your pelvis. Most probably could be fibroids. Sometimes fibroids don't present with bleeding per vaginally.

Its important you take a USG abdomen. Continue your treatment for hemorrhoids, don't stop it. For the pain you can take Tylenol. I suggest you visit a gynaecologist soon.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to ask follow-up questions
