White penile discharge at end of passing stools. Cause?

Resolved question:
Hi,
I am a 27 years old patientold male working in Middle East. 4 months ago i received oral sex from a massage parlour. 2 months ago i noticed a white penile discharge at the end while passing stools squating only when forced. Also i had some sperm release during sleep almost every night . I consulted a doctor but i didn't mention any history of sex as i am living in a diffent country. He didn't even look at my penis. He had me some routine urine test and prescribed bactrim ds for 30 days. I took it for 2 weeks. Didn't help. I noticed a numbness in my penis and it had turned colour to dark. I also had some red veins showing up in both my eyes. I got afraid i bought 1gm Azythromycin myself and took it one day. Some how the sperm release during sleep stopped after that. I went to India after 2 weeks and consulted a Unani Physician. Also i had some tests for VDRL, TPHA, HIV 1&2, HSV 1&2 IgG & IgM. All of them came negative. He prescribed me some herbal medicine for 3 months and said everything will be fine in 3 months. I am back in middle east. I took unani medicine for 1 month now and continuing the same. The red veins in my eyes still the same. I recently notices something similar to a genital wart under my penile shaft. And 3 small dot like pimples below penis head. I started appling garlic and castor oil. But no hope. I am totally depressed. Recently i started having sever pain in my left thumb especially while picking up things, buttoning shirt and stuff like that. I used to google a lot. And got worried it is some signs of Disseminated Gonococcal infection which causes Gonococcal conjuctivitis and Arthritis. Last week i also bought 400mg Cefixime and took it along with 1g Azythromycin again. I don't feel any difference. Do you think i need to take 1g Ceftriaxone IM now?? I am totally worried and depressed as my marriage is scheduled after 4 weeks. What should i do now with both Gonorrhea & genital warts? I am not sure if i really do have them both since its not been tested.

Hello

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com

I reviewed the pictures.

It doesn't seem to be genital warts in the picture . It doesn't seem to be a std. Seem to be small benign cysts.

Regarding your symptoms of discharge, conjunctivitis and arthritis, its best to visit a doctor who can rule out the cause. It wouldn't be wise to keep taking medications on your own without knowing the real cause.

The red veins in the eye and the pain in thumb may be unrelated for which you might need a different course of treatment.

My recommendation is to visit a doctor who can thoroughly examine you and accordingly treat you.

Take care
