Resolved question:

I have had a history of Lymphocytes gradually getting higher each year during routine blood test. i can go back as far as 10 years. Each test getting higher and higher. I am not feeling sick. How should dI address this?

Dear Mr. Martel,

Serial increase in number of lymphocytes over years can be designated as Monoclonal B Lymphocytosis, which is a harmless condition as per available scientific literature. This condition is usually asymptomatic and does not require treatment except follow up with blood tests every 6 months.

There can be a rare progression to transform into chronic lymphoid leukemia which takes years or decades.

Your MCH is high only by a decimal point and with normal MCHC and other values, nothing to worry about.

Neutrophil levels are dynamic and at your value, not of concern right now.

Kindly let me know in case of any further query.

Regards.
