the attachment2 is previous question i asked please go through it ,
if it is Deepu sebin sebastian of Doctor Spring, to the continuation of the query and
solution suggested by Dr Deepu i followed his solution but then left it in middle,
due to continued temperature i mean my body was always warm and suddenly cooling off
and due to tiredness feeling i went to a doctor and told him this problem he suggested
me to take a test for elisa , dot test , and western blot after 30th of this month as it will be
a complete one month after the incident took place (incident date 28th may 14).
the only contact i had with person(gay) was just licked the breast which were again
plastic surgery may be, no kiss , it was anal sex but my penis was covered with double condom
one over the other the contact which dint last for more than 5 mins.after i suspected that the person was
gay not a women i stopped the intercourse and went away from there. please suggest how serious is this and should i go for test as it is a anal sex which is of high risk , for now i am feeling temperature in office most of the time if i am in A.C once i come out from office i donot have temp, my urine is getting dark yellow please suggest i am stressed a lot please also refer Dr Deepu answers.

Hi. Thanks for posting your query at Doctorspring.com Yes this is Dr. Deepu and i have gone through your previous order. Let me reinforce a few things before i suggest medicines. You had a double condom on, so there is absolutely no chance of getting AIDS from your partner. That rules out AIDS. The doctor asked you to get ELISA/WESTERN BLOT, for your own satisfaction. I would rather advise you get a combo test done for HIV, which turns positive within 15 days after exposure. I'm advising this so that you can absolutely stress free about HIV once this test is done. Men having sex with men and anal sex are definitely higher risk factors for HIV, but you had double condom on, so you can stop worrying about it. Since your symptoms have still not resolved i will advise you to get the following tests done :- 1) Malaria Test 2) Widal. This is just to rule out these diseases. I will also advise you the following medicines : 1) T. Doxycycline 100 mg bd twice daily for 5-7 days 2) T. Cobazinc 0-0-1 once a day, before sleeping. ( Just a multivitamin supplement ) Doxycycline is a broad spectrum antibiotic which covers most infections. You should drink plenty of water while taking doxy, and you can around 1 hour after food, since most people don't tolerate Doxy that well in empty stomach. You can start the treatment as soon as possible. Also get the tests done and upload the reports. Regards
