Wide HIPS, small penis and testicles. Normal TESTOSTERONE levels.

Resolved question:
I'm 19. Why are my hips so INSANELY wide? I have no confidence walking in public because of this.
I got my testosterone tested. They said it was fine, but at the lowest amount acceptable within the range. But what if my body is supposed to function on more, even though it's within a normal range?
I also have a small penis and small testicles. My testicles are between 12-13ml size.
Penis size around 4 inches.
There must be something wrong me with me. I have never seen anyone else looking like me with hips this wide.
Help!

Best
Victor

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Overall in the picture your physique looks fine. Some men keep putting on weight in their hips, some in their thighs. If the testosterone is in a normal range, then it is definitely not hormonal issue. Will it be possible for you to upload the actual report for me to review? I need to see the your values and your reference range.
Have you tried working out and losing weight overall? Some men keep putting on weight in their chest area, and it is seen that due to intense work out when they start losing weight overall, the body fat percentage comes down, bringing the chest to a normal shape.
Also regarding your penis, is it 4 inches when it is erect?
How are your morning erections?
What other tests have you done?
I will recommend a pelvic x ray to see if it is due to a wider bone, which is a physiological variation, or due to fat accumulation.

Awaiting your reply,
Regards.

Hi Are you really serious about me looking normal? I have wider hips than most girls. I have 8-10% bodyfat, and there is no fat around my hips or thighs. It's purely bone. The testosterone is in the normal range (at the mimium acceptable amount), but what if my body is actually meant to produce way more, even though it's within a normal range on a chart? How can one be sure about this? Let's say the number is eg. 100 (which is the minimum amount considered normal), but my body actually functions on 150? You get my point? I dont have the tests at my disposal. I know that the amount of testosterone was measures to 16,1 (whatever that means). I never have morning erections. Only when I have to pee a lot, that's the only time i get a morning erection. And yes, 4 inches erect. I've never really experienced any penis growth as far as I rememeber. Other test: Vitamins. All is fine, except for a low amount of Vitamind D = I'm taking vitaming D pills.

Hello,
Thank you for the additional information.
When i said normal, i did not imply that even your hips look normal shaped. I just meant that overall your physique is fine, and it's mostly not because of fat, which can happen due to increased oestrogen.
Your testosterone levels are fine. The normal range has been fixed after statistical analysis, and hence even if it near the lower cut off it is still considered normal. There is nothing like for your body what range is normal.
I will advise 2 more tests for you to just evalaute and compare the testosterone levels - FSH and LH
If the FSH and LH levels are high, then it will indicate that your testosterone levels are normal. If they are normal too, then your testosterone is normal too.
Mostly in your case it is constitutional, sometimes these variations are present, and the bone size can be bigger in such cases.
However once you get the FSH and LH levels, i can guide you further.
Hope this was helpful,
Regards.
