Resolved question:
The last four months I have had severe heart palputations and during these episodes my vision goes blurry I get shakey and my chest hurts. I also feel like I am going to pass out. i went to the hospital and they said its anxiety but i dont think so because i dont feel anxious.
i havent had a july episode yet but yesterday my face and left arm felt weird and today i still feel a bit funky. whats going on? P.S doctor prescribed xanax but it doesnt work and my left arm hurts today

The description of your symptoms resembles a presyncope along with chest pain and palpitation. It definitely warrants investigation in the form if a 2D echo, a stess test and a 24 hour holter examination. It could be due to anxiety but one should definitely rule out ischemic heart disease and arrhythmias as a cause of these symptoms.
Regarding your recent symptoms , does your face and arm feel heavy? Is there any weakness in your arm? Does your face appear to be asymmetrical?
