Will VENLAFAXINE for HYPOCHONDRIASIS cause PARAPHILIA?

Resolved question:
I am 38 male and hypocondriac patient since last 5 year.. i am taking venlafaxine xr 75 mg per day..anxiety 80% reduced.. nw my problem is..; one week before i saw a paraphillic patient in a train. And aftr the discussion wt friends about the paraphillia disease . Some them told it is induced by some drugs. Then onwards i am worring that is the venlafaxine drug can induce paraphillia.. and about my history i never experienced any type of paraphillic nature or impulses in my life.. its only worry..there have no impluses to me related paraphillia
... here i need to know my long term venlafaxine xr treatment may leads ro any paraphillic disorder especially frotteurism, homosexuality..voyuerism..pls expect a valuable relpy from u sir

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
I am very sure about this that venlafaxine will never lead to any kind of paraphilia. Some drugs do increase sexulaity but none of the drugs can cause paraphilia as it is innate and develops with very early sexuality.

Thanks... i never have any any symptoms of paraphillia in my life... and have two question sir..i heard that snri action of serotonin level up ing can reduce sexual drive, if it is there have no chance for paraphillia due to snri medication? .. and is the paraphillia emerge with puberty? If it is i have no chance cz nw i am abve 30 and never experienced any type of paraphillic emotion yet.. and i am living a decent life ....

Yes it is true.
Paraphilia emerges by puberty and snri basically reduce sexual desire to some extent. So its not possible for you to develop paraphilia.
