Yellowish eyes on waking up daily. Cause.

Resolved question:
Hello Doctor,

I am 28 yrs old (M) from India. I need some consultation regarding my eyes. Everyday morning, when I wakeup I find my eyes mildly yellowish in color. It shows me as a dull & tired person. I have typically 7-8hrs of sleep normally. I also drink around 2-3 litres of water daily.

However, this condition is not the case throughout the entire day. I find that my eyes are bright & white in the evenings post 5PM. I do not drink alcohol nor do I smoke.

I have my latest medical test report as well.

Please provide me some help on this

Thanks
Simpson

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have gone through all your reports.
There is NO SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE for Ayurveda or Homeopathy for the purpose you wish.
It cannot boost embryo quality or remove chromosomal abnormalities.
After the abnormal report of the aborted fetus, did you have a couple karyotype ( karyotype of husband and wife ) ?
That is most important.
For you, my advice is -
1. Couple karyotype
2. IVF with embryo biopsy as advised.
3. If not willing, go for donor egg.
In my opinion, going for Ayurveda or Homeopathy will only waste your time.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
Regards.

Thanks for reply.
Please note that already we both have done Karytype test and result is normal , result is attached for your ref.
Please explain about IVF with Embryo biopsy.
How can we do ovarian reserve test , because 3 cycle before wife's FSH went around 28 and next month fallen to normal , now it s around 9 and LH is 6.
If egg quality is abnormal as result of Embryo biopsy ( if we undergo in future) , then we have wasted our energy and money ???
I do agree that there is no scientific record for neither Homeo nor Ayurvedhic, if at all I want to go for natural medicines only, please advise what is the bettter option?

Hello again.
Ovarian reserve is best estimated by two methods.
First is measuring level of AMH ( anti Mullerian hormone ).
Second is antral follicular counting on ultrasound scan ( simply put - counting number of egg follicles in both ovaries ) on day 2 of cycle.
ANyhow, it does not matter, as the best indicator of ovarian reserve is her response to stimulation during IVF cycle.
IVF is done and then PGD ( pre implantation genetic diagnosis ) is done for the embryos before implanting inside the uterus.
Only healthy ones are implanted.
Yes, if the embryos are abnormal, you lose your money.
But then, that is a risk inherent to IVF.
Paying money does NOT guarantee a child !
Yes, the frustration is natural, and I can empathize with you.
But I repeat - ayurveda / homeopathy / natural medications will definitely not help you.
Either you go in for adoption or you decide to take on the chance of IVF with PGD / IVF with donor egg.
Take care.
Regards.

Please think of humanity and basic courtesy towards patient before writing / telling such words towards any one including patient eben though you are tellinng the fact.
