I stopped taking 10mgs Anavar (Oxandrolone) four months ago and recently have found out that I am four weeks pregnant. Could this have adverse affects of the baby?

There is no way that the past usage would affect your baby.
Only intake of oxandrolone during pregnancy, particularly the first trimester, results in adverse developmental effects on the baby.
Please stop worrying.
