I have been feeling like this for alomst 2 years.
I am 29 Male.
No history of any illness
In that case this can be because of multiple health conditions, which can be ruled out thrrough blood tests. Anemia, hypothyroidism, vitamin b12 deficiency can all cause similar symptoms.
Please get the following tests done and share the reports with me:
1) CBC
2) LFT
3) RFT
4) Thyroid Profile tests
5) Vitamin B12 levels.
