Boyfriend can't feel anything during sex. Is this permanent?

Resolved question:
my boyfriend is telling me that he feels nothing during sex. I'm 32 recently divorced and had children 9 years ago. I'm sure this is something I can fix or something more permanent.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
Can you elaborate , or ask him to ?
' Feels nothing during sex ' could mean a lot of things.
It could be a problem on his part or on yours.
On his side, it could be lack of penile sensations due to nerve issues.
It could be psychological even.
In your case, it could be lax vaginal walls, lack of lubrication.
You need to ask him exactly what is the problem he encounters.
Does he feel that the vagina is too lax ?
Does he feel it is dry ?
Does he not get an erection that is not hard enough ?
Is your emotional compatibility fine ?
If you elaborate, I could suggest workup.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

If lubrication is adequate, and the vaginal walls are tight, chances are that the problem is on his side.
He should be consulting an Andrologist ( male equivalent of a gynecologist ).
Reasons for a suboptimal erection should be sought , by physical exam and blood tests .
They could be vascular, neural or psychological.
Treatment would then be tailored.
Couple sexual counselling also will help.
Regards.
