Unable to express my thoughts during converstion. Cause?

Resolved Question:

I am 29 year old male.I have a problem which I have been struggling with several days and it is making my life miserable.I can't express thoughts clearly during conversations either with colleagues or friends.I can't express my thoughts in words and sometimes end up using wrong word.People have hard time understanding me and this is causing me being ignored. Can't express in proper sentences and words are often jumbled. Some times i don't get the right word to say and i get stuck finding the right word This is the problem while talking in my mother tongue too.Mind freezes and it just goes blank. Can't think of anything to say.Have problem with listening too.I need put to lot of effort to focus on what other person is saying and sometimes can't even focus.I am always worried about simple things and my mind is occupied with these worry thoughts.People say that i seem to be in a different world. I am always under stress.I have problem with memorizing things too. Can't recall anything quickly and I often forget things.I am suspecting that I have some kind of brain damage why because I got brain tumor when I was 15 years and it got cured with medicines. This might have caused brain damage.

Please analyze my situation and provide some suggestion

I have noted your symptoms and the main problem seems to be in speaking and understanding, which are language functions. In most right-handed people, the language area is located on the left side of brain. So, we need to do an MRI scan to detect any problems in that part of brain. Also, any recurrence of brain tumor can be detected from the MRI.
In addition, you also seem to be suffering from stress and anxiety, which could impair the brain functions including memory, language and concentration. So, we need to treat your anxiety too. A consultation with psychiatrist/psychologist would help in that.
I hope it helps.
