Can frequent tremors, muscle spasm and blurry eyes MS?

Resolved question:
Good morning, I am 21 year old Nigerian female currently living in the United States. I moved here when I was 17 and I began to notice random tremors that were not frequent, the tremors now are more of a daily thing with occasional muscle spasms and slight blurry eyes which go when I blink or rub my eyes. I am really scared to go to the Doctor because of what I may find, things such as MS have popped up during my search and was wondering what you thought these symptoms were in regards to.

Hello, Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com.

I have noted your symptoms. I understand your anxiety about the possible diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS), however, I would like to reassure you that it is unlikely that you have MS.
The most likely cause in your case is essential tremors, which can be treated well with beta blockers.
We should also rule out thyroid disorder and vitamin B12 deficiency by doing appropriate blood tests.

I hope it helps, please feel free to discuss further.
Best wishes,
Dr. Sudhir Kumar MD (Medicine), DM (Neurology)
