Can I take D3SUPPLEMENT from LICHEN with MOLD allergy?

Resolved question:
I am allergic to mold and have a food sensitivity to mushrooms. I'd like to purchase a D3 supplement that is derived from lichen, but am curious if that would be advised against because lichen is somewhat similar to mold and mushrooms? Thank you.

It is normally noticed that patients who are allergic to mold and mushrooms also show allergy sensitivity reaction to lichen.
Hence, we advise such patients against using anything that has lichen.
