Can neural problems cause no libido

Resolved question:

I am a 40 years old female. I am the mother of two children aged 18 and 13 respectively. The problem I am facing is about my sexual urge. I seem to have no sexual urge at all. I just do it for my husband and that too for about once or twice a month, maximum. Even it seems I cum fast than it is normal. My second child was a boy and I had some difficulty in delivery, as he was very big. I doubt, during the delivery I have damaged some nerves. Should I consult with a doctor? What type of doctor should I see, if I need? Till now, I haven’t got menopause. Please help.

Your lack of libido and sex drive can be due to some psychological problem than a medical one. It is better to consult your physician for depression, which can be caused as a result of premenopausal symptoms. Thyroid problems and many other issues also can occur causing a reduction in libido. Your sexual life needs to be cared of in detail, for further evaluation. A counseling can also help easing out your situation. Usually, never damages after delivery are rare and if that happens, it would be reflected from the next year itself. Personal stress, tension and family problems can also contribute to your issue. Take care.
