Hello.
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
From the video that you sent it does not look like anything to be worried about.
There are a couple of possibilities.
Did you have any recent throat infection? Because it can be an enlarged lymph node, also known as the submental lymph node. It can be enlarged in throat or oral cavity infections.
What is the consistency of the swelling? Is it movable?
If the swelling is soft and freely mobile, it can be a fat swelling, known as lipoma, a fat tumor. In case it is a lipoma and if it is not increasing in size, it can be left alone.
The other possibility is just extra fat accumulation.
Once you let me know the consistency i can guide you further,
Regards.

Yes the lump is moveable. It can easily be pressed without any problem or pain.. it is soft. She has allergy to dust.

Hello.
If it is freely movable, it is mostl likely to be a lipoma.
If it does not increase in size then it can be left alone.
Most lipomas are benign and does not need any treatment.
In case it increases in size, it can excised with the help of a general surgeon.
Since its soft, it is definitely not due to any infection or allergy.
Hope that was helpful,
Regards.

There is no need to worry or any serious problem? Can any medicine be given for quicker recovery? Is this age related or gender related?

Hello.
This is not at all a serious problem.
This is just a fat swelling. It is not age or gender specific. No one knows the exact cause. In some patients multiple swellings can be found. But never causes any symptoms.
There is no medicine to cure it. The only treatment is excision of the cyst.
If you want, you can get it evaluated by a general surgeon, who can palpate the swelling and based on the findings he will guide you further.
Regards.
