I have been taking cymbalta 60mg for 3 months for anxiety and rumination. I work different shifts like nights and days and I don't take my meds at the same time each day, I found the medication to work and help but I still have a bit of rumination should I be taking them at the same time each day to work more efficiently?

Hello, By taking it in regular intervals, you will ensure that the there is constant level of medication delivery. This will avoid any spikes (due to overlap) and dips. Another advantage is that there is less chance to miss a dose if you take in regular intervals. Hope this helps.
