Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Can you please mention what are the blood tests that have been done? And if possible upload the reports?
- Is the pain overall in the limbs, or more in the joints?
- For how many days have you been experiencing this problem?
- Did you have any viral fever/ sore throat preceding the symptoms?
- Do you have any associated myalgia with the pain in the limbs?
- What time of the day do you get yor sweats?
Kindly reply to the questions, and i will get back to you.
Regards.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
So to summarise, you have chronic long term fatigue, along with sweats, and pain in your limbs.
If the blood tests are normal ( I presume you have done CBC- if the parameters are not raised , then mostly an bacterial infection can be ruled out ). It points more towards a viral disease, or mostly a post viral recovery.
I will advise you to get the following tests done and if you have already kindly mention the parameters :
1) Serum Electrolytes
2) LFT
How is bladder habits? Any burning in micturition? What about your bowel habits and appetite?
Also kindly mention the duration of your symptoms, because it is a critical parameter to make the diagnosis.
Regards.

Hello,
18 months is a long time and in that case it's better we evaluate you thoroughly.
Please get the following tests done and revert back whenever they are ready :
- Serum Electrolytes
- Upload the CBC report
- CK, CK MB
- Urine Routine
- Malaria Antigen
- LFT
-URIC ACID
Once i see this reports, i will have a better idea. Your symptoms have been present for a long time and also they are slightly inconclusive. So it's better we evaluate you for the same.
Regards.

Hello,
One i see the reports i will be able to help you.
I missed out on the thyroid values, please do get a thyroid profile done too.
It can be due to a post viral recovery, or other muscle related diseases like fibromyalgia. CK-MB will be conclusive test for that.
Also the last cause can be thyroid irregularities.
I will keep the consult open for you, so please take your time and get back to me when all the reports are ready.
Regards.
