The symptoms are definitely not related to sex.
She might be suffering from a gastric infection, I will advise her a course of antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for 3 days, and Cap. Omeprazole 20 mg twice daily for the same duration.

I have done sex with her as her periods were ending but spme blood was there she doesnt want to get pregnant kindly suggest me the medicine for that too
