Feeling weak, dizzy with normal EKG. MARFAN SYNDROME?

Resolved question:
Have been feeling weak and dizzy for past few weeks off and on. Saw primary care doc, did EGK, showed nothing. Noticed today that BP on left arm is 99/69 and right is 124/78. I also have many symptoms of Marfan Syndrome (pectus, teeth, armspan, hernias, etc.) and am worried this indicates some circulatory or heart issue. My question is what do I do and where do I go to diagnose this properly?

Hello
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern
Since you have Marfan syndrome you are prone to dilatation of the aorta and aortic valve abnormalities. You should get a 2 D echo done to rule out these. Do you have palpitations, blackouts, chest pain?

Hello
You could either get an ecg when you are having palpitations. If they are for a very short while get a holter 24 hours examination done to ascertain the nature of palpitations and their relation to dizziness if amy should be noted. Also as I already said a 2d echo would be necessary.
