Resolved question:
I am 29 years old femle. I was pregnant until recently, and I had negative testing for all std prior to pregnancy ( I was confirmed negative result at the very beginning of pregnancy doctor visit, as well). The problem is, my partner started having breakout all over his face and neck first. We thought just a regular pimple. Then when we have a sex, he started getting breakout, and it gets worse each time. We thought pregnancy caused some weird bacteria growth in me. Now, he got breakout when I did oral and hand sex on him today which never happened. I dont know if you take my word, but I have not slept with anyone but him. Also, not only I have a negative result, but I have no symptoms of anything. Am I the cause of his breakout? then what it can be????

I can understand your concern.
You are not the cause of the breakout. It could be a bout of folliculitis which is a bacterial infection of the skin.
The treatment for it would be application of mupirocin cream twice a day for two weeks.
It doesn't seem to be directly related to having a sexual intercourse.
You could send me a picture of the breakout to confirm the diagnosis as to what it really is.
