Forgot to take pill during sex. Chances of pregnancy.

Resolved question:
I'm a 26 year old female and am on the pill I finish my period last Friday and yesterday my period started again, I did forget to take my pill one day this week, does this have anything to do with it. I wouldn't have thought missing one day would have mattered. I am sexually active but we use protection so I don't think there's a chance of pregnancy either.

Is it a proper bleeding like a period, or just mild spotting ?
Mild spotting can occur due to missing one pill, it can be hormonal withdrawal bleed / spot.
Please continue taking the pill pack as usual without missing any more pills.
The spotting should stop in a day or two.

It's heavier than what I would have thought spotting was but not as heavy as a normal period so I'll just keep taking the pill as normal and see what happens. Thanks

Yes it should subside in a day or two.
If it does not , you can revert, I will suggest the proper workup to be done.
