Froze wart and red blistered skin

Resolved question:
We used compound w to freeze a wart on a knuckle about 10 days ago. We inadvertently froze the skin around the wart and created a spot about the size of a dime. This spot has now become very red ab blistered and the skin wants to peel off the top of this area. What should we do and is ther a risk of infection, etc
