Hard lump in armpits with tingling in fingers. LYMPHNODES?

Resolved question:
I found a lump under my armpit, Im presuming its a lymph node, but it is hard, and seems to be getting slightly larger ads the time goes on. My left arm has been stiff, and this morning I woke up with tingling in my fingers, and my fingers are still tingling it has not gone away all day. My right hand, my fingers periodically go very cold. I work as cabin crew so don't have a lot of time to go to a GP hence why I am using this service. I also a few months ago had sex, with a male, who apparently rumoured has HIV, although I think this way a lie, I went to a GP but they said I had to wait 12 weeks to get tested and haven't had time to do so, could this be a symptom I am going to go to doctors tomorrow but just want to try to settle miming for tonight.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Normally if someone gets HIV infection, it is difficult to predict the earliest symptoms. Some patients experience just flu-like symptoms, while some develop enlarged lymph nodes in the neck and other sites of the body. Although the chances of getting HIV is low from one single exposure, it is still better to rule out the infection by 4th generation test. Particularly, considering the symptom if enlarged lymph node, I will appreciate if you get the test done at the earliest and let me know. If it was a protected intercourse then there is nothing to worry about.
Hope this was helpful,
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
