Headache, discomfort in eye with dysentry, normal ENDOSCOPY, COLONOSCOPY.

Sir, right headache, discomfort in right eye, dysentery through out the year , 3-4 time moving to toilet during morning , anus itching and feeling very hot in anus. Feeling weak. Discomfort in sleep. i have already gone through  endoscopy and colonoscopy but nothing has been detected. sometime i take omeprazole but it relief for few time. omeprazole more worsen to my case.  ... Need to consult with gastrointestinal

Patient replied :

1. 37yrs, male
2. stool like cord, watery and acidic
3. whenever i stand up for 5 min, pressure comes
4. No weight loss, i am of 68 kgs.
5. no abdominal pain. palpitate on left site below naval.
6. colonoscopy done 2-3 years old patientbefore, but nothing was detected. right now i do not have the copy
it is also observed that whenever i take paracetomal (as pescribed by an eye specilist due to right headach for 5 days) I feel completely already for a day.

Thanks for the additional information.
You have chronic diarrhea.
But you do not have red signs. So there is no need to worry.
It looks like you have functional disease like irritable bowel syndrome.
Few tests are to be done before calling it as irritable bowel syndrome.
1. Complete blood count
2. Stool analysis
3. Thyroid function test
4/ Tests for celiac disease.
5. Blood glucose.
6. Small bowel biopsy.
You need to consult a gastroenterologist for these tests.
Meanwhile you can take probiotics and Librax twice daily for relief.
