High CHOLESTROL lowering to normal range. How they feel?

As such very high cholesterol exclusively does not have specific symptoms. They manifest in other ways such as through hypertension or Coronary Artery Disease. High cholesterol is the leading cause of atherosclerosis, leading to Stroke and MI, and hence they will manifest in the form of these events.
However a reduction in cholesterol level, will bring down the BP, remove the lethargy, and overall physical activity will be higher than before. Also the digestion will get better.
