Hello,

Thank you for using Ask a Doctor Service from DoctorSpring. I can understand your problem, and will try to help you the best possible.

You are suffering from tinnitus (abnormal sounds which are not present in enviournment) or hyperacusis( loud sound)and recruitment (abnormally rapid growth of perceived loudness).

You may have associated hearing loss also.
In your case hyperacusis and tinnitus are most likely due to nerve deafness only.

This a not a serious condition but it is difficult to treat as no definitive treatment is available. You need to undergo a hearing test( audiogram).

Few medicine suppose to give benefit are Ginkgo biloba 40 mg once daily and amitryptline 25mg once in night. I would recommend to discuss them with your local physician.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to ask if you have any further queries.

Thank you.
Regards
