my husband had hyperprolactonemia beacuse of that he had issues regarding erection and orgasm but after taking cabergolin and paternia he started improving his sperm count increased from 1-2 sperms to 12 million and testesterone increased to 530 but now again his count has decreased to less than 1 million and testestrone to 372 can u tell what is the reason and what should we do to improve the count??

Intial prolactin was 233 now prolactin level is. 64 He has pituitary adenoma and he is still taking cabergolin. 25 mg twice in a week. Since oct 2013 he is taking cabergolin.

In case the Prolactin is high, the Cabergolin should not be stopped, but the dose increased to 0.5mg twice a week.
What was the size of the adenoma, micro or macro?
The dose and duration of cabergolin will depend on this.
Once the prolactin is normal, things should improve.

Prolactin is already normal everything start improving but from last month sperm count is again decreasing and he is continue taking cabergolin. Adenoma was small. I has been 1 year since we came to know about the adenoma. I just want to know what should we do to improve the sperm count. Our doc has examined his testis they are normal.
