I am 16 years old, I still look like a 13 or 14 year old physically.
I still have no facial, chest, pubic hair. I am still doubtful if puberty has kicked in yet. My main concern is my height. I'm only 157 CMs and I get tossed around by my mates in school.

To initiate a proper treatment a thorough physical examination is required by a paediatric endocrinologist. After a thorough examination , the physician might ask for few blood tests and radiological examination to determine bone age and hormonal level evaluation. Do not worry, it can be treated. In some there will be a delay in puberty normally upto an age of 18 also, but I wouldn't recommend you to wait till that time.
