Resolved question:
hello, I'm 22 years old male , from saudi arabia, Arabic ethnicity
i dunno if this is related but i had on and off external (painless) hemorrhoids for the past 9 months, i was 31 BMI (5'10" , 218lb ) used to eat lot of fast food. 1-2 daily, then 4 months ago started to exercise and i lost some weight and now im 187lb , about once a week fast food meal, w/diet soda.

anyway my real problem started 6 days ago when i noticed increase frequency of urination with reduced volume, like 100 - 150 ML, painless without blood, no hesitancy and stream seems to be normal without dripping afterword

Hi,
Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring.

With the available described details, there could be possibility of benign enlargement of prostate or urine infection.
Although possibility of prostate enlargement appears to be less as considering your age.
Diabetes may also present with increase frequency of urination.

Presence of increased frequency of urination with small amount suggests the diagnosis.

As such there appears to be least correlation between urinary problems and hemorrhoids.

You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ general surgeon/ urologist and should go for thorough check up.

You should also go for urine routine microscopy examination, ultrasound imaging studies of urinary tract including prostate and prostate.

Treatment depends on exact diagnosis.
If urine test suggests infection then complete antibiotic course is required.
Prostate enlargement may be controlled with use of Tamsulosin and Finesteride.

Take care, please feel free to discuss further.
Get well soon,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
