Hello,
Thanks for your consult at DoctorSpring.com.

With 3 negative pregnancy tests, chances of pregnancy are almost zero. However, please have a blood pregnancy test to confirm and reliable exclude a pregnancy.
There could be other causes for your skipped period.

Tension, stress, weight gain, ingestion of birth control, emergency contraceptives, ingestion of antidepressants, changes in climate, diet or sleep - these are all possible causes.

Also, sometimes hypothyroidism, polycystic ovaries and endometrial hyperplasia can delay your cycles.

If the blood pregnancy test is negative, please have a complete gynaecological evaluation to know why you are so late. Please have a pelvic ultrasound scan and hormonal levels measured ( FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, Lipid profile, testosterone, DHEAS ) .

All the best.
Please feel free to ask for further clarifications.

What could all the signs be

Expert:  Dr. Aarti Vazirani replied 3 Days.

See, many of the signs overlap with those of premenstrual syndrome.
You could be about to begin your period.
Also, they could be due to polycystic ovaries / hormonal imbalance leading to absent periods.
Of course, they might be due to pregnancy, but confirm that with a blood test, since urine tests are negative.
Take care.
