These type of cysts usually regress over time by their rupture, causing severe pain. It is advised better to wait and watch. On the other hand, regarding the infection in the pap smear, you haven't mentioned the details of the smear. It could just be simple bacterial or viral (HPV). I would recommend you to consult a gynaecologist for establishing the diagnosis and for further workup.
