Nausea and dizziness with burning and pain in chest

Resolved question:
Hi,

I has a c section about 6 months ago and just recently I've been experiencing some symptoms that I don't think are related to my c section. A couple months ago I started getting nausea and dizziness but it didn't last very long but for almost 2 weeks now that nausea has hit me full force! I also suffer from dizziness because of it and i have the dizziness and nausea even when I lay down. Along with this about a couple says later I also started experiencing a burning sensation in my cheat in the left side and it hurts very much but that comes and goes. The next thing I experienced was the awful pain on my left foot in the toes but like no pain I've had before it was this burning heavy pain from the inside. The day after that I experienced this awful sharp pain run through my right arm to my fingers and since them if I hold anything that pain comes back. Now for the past few days the back of my head on the lower neck area is hurting so much like this pressure in it and the pain has spread to my face and I get sharp pains once in a while in my ears and my left tonsillar lymph node is swollen. My whole body is in pain and almost like my joints are ripping apart. I have lost my appetite college lay and have lost about 3.5 kg in the past week. I can't eat and it's even bad becausenwhen I open my mouth to eat my jaws hurt or even talk. When I do attempt to eat I get a horrible burning sensation in my stomach. Throughout all this the nausea and dizziness is always there and the burning sensation is in my left side of my chest and back and lower rib cage. I'm not the type to run to a doctor because I usually make every excuse not to and my family doctor is t even here until after holidays. I even drive all the way to emergency and drive back home because it was so packed because of the holidays. The only reason I am so worried now is because I have a 6 month old baby and my husband works all day and I don't want to faint or passbook and drop my daughter. Please tell me what could be wrong. I don't know why this nausea will not go away. I should mention I do hVe a sinus infection for te past year now but hasn't given me trouble.

Dear ma'am,

Thank your for your consult and for the complete history given regarding your present illness. It seems you have multiple problems which need immediate medical attention.

Please let me know if you have any problems with your bowel movements and dietary habits - spicy or bland or veg or non veg ? I am not sure if i could relate your nausea / vomiting to your recent surgery and probable bowel adhesion. You have symptoms of peptic ulcer disease for which medications and diet may help you. The swollen neck gland may be due to infection, I am not sure of it though when you don't have any fever. I am unable to comment on the nature of pain you described but it may need a physical examination for clear diagnosis.

Please seek immediate medical attention to be safe and healthy.
Hope this helps, please feel free to discuss further.
Regards

Thank you for your immediate reply. I forgot to mention that when I swallow and eat the left side of my throat hurts so I am thinking it may be because of the severe acid reflux I has during pregnancy and a year before pregnancy. So would the nausea be as a result of peptic ulcer disease? Also any food I eat it starts burning my stomach and I don't even get hungry but my nausea gets worse when I don't eat. What I don't understand though is why I'm getting body pains it's almost like the pain is in my bones or joints it's just so severe. The burning sensation under my rib cage too. I've never had so many thing happen so suddenly.
