Pain all over body with ARTHRITIS and joint pain.

Resolved question:
I'm a 57 year old woman with Fibro and joint pain, arthritis...Thursday night I had to sleep on the floor awaiting the arrival of a new mattress replacing my waterbed, very uncomfortable all night woke up in pain. Got the mattress first thing and made the bed which then made my hands and arms hurt even more. Not much later I was hurting pretty bad all over; neck, shoulders, arms, hands, back, legs and a migraine and couldn't wait to sleep on my comfy new mattress. Turned out I had an excruciating night of pain sleeping on it and can hardly move today I hurt so bad despite the medicine Hydrocodone I took. What has happened to me? The floor alone? Purchase a wrong mattress? This doesn't seem right to be in so much pain all over simply for what I've done.

Hello.
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have read all details.
You are already a patient of fibromyalgia and arthritis with that you are passing nights without sleep ,all this is imbalancing biochemical equation in body. Since you already have both these conditions, a sleepless night without matress aggravated your condition and hence the excruciating pain.
In this situation I feel that you should first have a good sleep. You may take help of your doctor and may have a prescription of a sedative medicine. This will help in reducing your pain and agony.
Hope this will help you,
Regards.
