Hi doctor, I have been taking pharmaton vitamin capsules for a while. I doubt that it is decreasing my libido, which is ruining my sexual life badly. Is my doubt a truth? Or is it a medical myth? Please help me at the earliest. I am sending an image of the product along with this. Thanks.

Pharmatron vitality capsules are not yet evaluated by FDA, for its side effects and benefits. So, it is difficult to say whether it is the causative of lower libido and sexual desire. But as the ingredients state, it is unlikely to have anything which can cause any problems to your sexual desire. It claims to have ingredients as ginseng extracts, multi vitamin contents as beta carotene, B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, Vitamins C,D and E, micro nutrients as calcium and magnesium etc. Of these, Ginseng is not yet studied for its effects in continuous use for a long term. But it is always better to take tablets or supplements which are approved by FDA and prescribed exclusively for you, by your doctor. Hope this solves your issue. Take care.
