Dear Dr., I'm Arun age:23. Last week i had went for primary health check up in hospital and a doctor did physical examination of me and said that i phimosis.and recommend me to do circumcision. Actually i was worried about this and afraid of circumcision .does circumcision is needed to carried out? and i noted that a short thick layer of foreskin connected to my tip of the glans which prevent it from retraction of glans. Is there any alternative way to cure or circumcision is needed?

Dear sir,
You appear to have tioght frenulum and there is certainly treatment available other than circumcision.
Kindly send me the pic and let me see whether you are candidate for frenuloplasty or not.

You seem to be having tight frenulum. This is not a rare condition. If this is troubling you the best option will be to go for Surgery. The surgery shall be frenuloplasty and there are no long term consequence. You shall be able to resume your normal life the same evening and shall have to avoid intercourse for 3 weeks.

Apart from surgery does any possible solutions for cure.Does i required to tell parents about my problem?.Does stretching will help as posted in internet or else if surgery means,what are the procedures.
