June, 2011 I had a hip replacement due to Arthritis. 6 weeks later due to a fall I dislocated my hip. I wore a brace, but removed it to shower. A simple movement caused it to dislocate again 2 weeks later. Co ti Jed to wear brace for 8weeks, and have just started to remove it at a slow pace, as I am fearful. I find weakness and pain. would Physical Therapy help, or should I do simple exercises?
