Hello doctor, I am 26 male, I have the problem of premature ejaculation and have been taking this natural pill called dapovar since a little while. I came to know about this from a porn stars magazine. Is it good to go with these pills? All I need to know, is this safe to use and does it has any side effect.

But yes dpovar is supposed to be a herbal drug. It contains extracts of Passiflora, Folic acid, Graffonia seed, vitamin B6 and Kava Kava. Studies reveal that these herbs help in increasing seratonin level in the brain. This hormone is found in human brain and is responsible in delaying premature ejaculation. The herbs in dapovar help the brain to produce increased amount of seratonin, thereby delay ejaculation. However you must not take any drugs without proper consultation from a doctor and it is likely that things written in porn stars magazines may be wrong. All I can say with in my knowledge I haven’t came across studies that show the efficiency and effectiveness of this medicine. Therefore I would restrict myself from commenting upon its efficiency or side effects as such. But yes, I would advise you to consult your doctor in case you need more help than just medication. You must make sure what exactly the cause of your problem is and then only decide upon the kind of treatment you would go with.
