I was wondering if it is possible to still be pregnant and have normal periods? Are serum pregnancy test pretty accurate? I have had three what seem to be normal periods since intercourse of worry. I have had tons of urine test and they were negative. Three blood tests and negative too. Recent period was the normal 6 days and very bad cramps and clots. I just feel like I have symptoms but It could be in my head also. Should I be fine with the negatives? Thank you

Yes, HCG tets are pretty accurate. Moreover you had normal periods after the episode. That means your uterus is 'shedding' the preparatory epithelium or in other words there is NOT even a remote possibility that you are pregnant. With negative urine pregnancy test, HCG test and regular periods pregnancy is ruled. The symptoms you are having is non specific.

I'm just worried because my symptoms are closely related to pregnancy. And they started around the time I'm worried about. It could be stress or my mind. I have heartburn, more saliva, shortness of breath, fatigue, slight nausea. Not sure if it just heartburn related and it started suddenly. Not sure if it's related to my low b12 levels. Or just all stress. I did have h pylori last year. The heartburn just bothers me and leads me to think its pregnsncy.
But if you had a period means, the uterus just 'cleared up' for next cycle ! That says Pregnancy is not there. There is no bigger proof than having a regular cycle. Plus you have a negative HCG test. So it is unlikely due to pregnancy. Yes this could be due to an ulcer peptic disease. You should consider taking a OTC anti ulcer medication like Prilosec once daily without food. Avoid spicy and irritant foods.

Thank you. And weird movement in stomach could be related to the ulcer? Plus burping and slight pain upon eating or drinking.? I have pain also when I drink water first thing in the morning. I've heard some woman have periods when pregnant and sometimes they don't ever show positive on pregnancy tests. Thank you for your time.
Yes your symptoms are suggestive of Stomach Ulcer. You should take OTC Prilosec early morning for 7-14 days. Get in touch your GP if symptoms persist. The symptoms are NOT specific for pregnancy. Thank you
