Thank you for your concern, I understand your worries associated with dysfunction. Decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, and ejaculatory dysfunction are the three major forms of male sexual dysfunction. Finding out the etiology is the first step in the treatment of male sexual dysfunction.  Appropriate laboratory tests and certain clues in the history can commonly demonstrate the primary cause. Psychogenic is the most common induce of premature ejaculation (PE). There are some other factors also affect premature ejaculation. Increased stress, anxiety and depression may cause premature ejaculation. Certain neurogenic and vascular diseases such as hypertension and diabetes also arecontributing factors for premature ejaculation.  It is very important to determine the cause of premature ejaculation earlier starting any therapy. Decreasing anxiety and stress and speaking more with your wife about your fears and concerns will help. Pharmacotherapy is the next better option incase these measures do not help. Combination of psychotherapy with psychoactive drugs or psychotherapy may be useful in men whose erectile dysfunction is induced by anxiety or depression. Yohimbine hydrochloride may be used as a cure for men who were suffering with psychogenic erectile dysfunction. Yohimbine hydrochloride is analpha adrenergic blocking factor. I think your problem is more physiological than physical. It is better to consult your physician, if these symptoms are badly affecting. Your physician can help in advising you better options and medicines also. Otherwise they can help in suggesting remedies in the form of medicine or some other method. I think I have answered your query well. Good luck.
