Hi, i am 25 years female, I have done pap smear and found that there is infection. I am having irregular periods and spotting from the past 4 months. In ultrasound there is simple cyst in my right ovary size 2.7 x 2.2 cm with internal echoes. the endometrium is thick measuring 15mm. Please advice me what to do.

On the other hand, regarding the infection in the pap smear, you haven't mentioned the details of the smear. It could just be simple bacterial or viral (HPV).
