Small bump with white head in tongue, swalloing difficulty.

Resolved question:
Hi,

I have had a small bump with a white/black head, like the eye of a spider, on my frenulum of tongue. I can even feel it with the tip of my tongue. When I drink something cold, or eat some food with spices, it get a bit harder and I can feel discomfort, when swallowing. It seems as if it has roots, and they get stiff when swallowing. It gets better after the food goes away, and I drink tea. Becomes less irritated.

This has been in my mouth for almost 2 weeks.
