Elevated CPK, TSH levels with normal ECHO. Need ANGIOGRAPHY?

Resolved Question:

Elevated CPK levels seen in the report. patient hospitalized. Echo Ultrasound is normal. Heart pumping normally. Trop I test shows negative. Elevated TSH, T3, T4 levels.

Given the situation, is there a need for angiography? Can this be on account of the skewed Hypothyroid levels seen in the report?

Elevated cpk levels may result from hypothyroidism. Even elevated ck mb fraction can result from hypothyroidism. Trop I is far more sensitive and specific. What is the patient admitted for?
In case of chest pain if negative trop s to 12 hours after pain onset means that myocardial infarction has not occured. In that case patient may undergo a stress test 48 hours after pain subsides and if normal doesn't need to undergo an angiography.
